Every dish at Chikurintei is carefully and thoughtfully selected to match the season, atmosphere, and even the interior of the room you have selected. They make use of local ingredients and hold an extremely high standard of quality. The tailor-made menu marvelously befits the inn nestled in the Mifuneyama Rakuen.
Chikurintei has wine cellars for both red and white wine, where the temperature and humidity are both controlled. They also have glasses to match each wine.
There is a corkage fee, but if you mail your wine in advance, they will store it upright in the cellar.
