A buffet-style breakfast with a focus on Japanese cuisine is served. The breakfast includes more than 30 types of Japanese and Western side dishes made with a variety of seasonal ingredients, such as the Ureshino specialty tofu as well as Ureshino-style Ochazuke and various pickled vegetables

The "Shiiba Kaiseki" dinner course features Saga beef as the main dish, along with seasonal local mountain vegetables, and river delicacies such as yamame trout and sweetfish. Befitting an inn in Ureshino, the dishes used for serving the food are produced in Arita and Hasami
